Tom Evans, Executive Director, Co-Founder

Mr. Evans has over 25 years experience developing cutting edge programs, tools, strategies, and community health models in the public health field. His work on projects including oral health, HIV, mental wellness, helped cement the belief that normative behaviors can be changed over time by promoting help-seeking through creative social awareness strategies. Central to his work is the concept of "narrowcasting" - the strategic utilization of print, web, and visual media to promote help-seeking among specific segments of the population and engage, educate and empower individuals within that priority group.

Mr. Evans enjoys living a healthy lifestyle in Ventura, CA.


Jonathan Holly, Creative Director, Co-Founder

Mobile communications specialist with emphasis on mHealth solutions, sms4health programs and services. Developed enterprise level short code platform for one-way and two-way, conversational texting. Programs include evaluations in highly effective uses of SMS to increase help-seeking behaviors among difficult-to-reach populations. Extensive experience working with public health agencies to deploy text programs that  engage, educate, and empower the communities they serve.  Text programs have been the subject of numerous evaluations, published studies, and public health conferences including AAS, SAMHSA, AIRS, SEXTECH.

Mr. Holly enjoys creative writing, running, and hiking the hills of Ojai Valley with his wife, daughter and dog.

 

Robert Decker, System Architect, Lead Programmer, Co-Founder

Robert Decker is an expert in software design and development with over fifteen years' experience at well-known corporations including Adobe and PGP, consulting on technology projects with high-profile clients in the public and private sectors, and involvement with start-ups in founding and advisory roles. Capabilities include software architecture and development; project and people management; enterprise level development of web-enabled database and content repository applications in multiple languages and environments; and offshore and near-shore experience managing projects and developers in Eastern Europe, India, and North America.

Mr. Decker currently lives in Switzerland and enjoys skiing, hiking, and of course coding.
